Financial News: We now have our very own web page,and are no longer
piggybacking on another site, and this will make us much easier to find. And we hope you
are enjoying it!
Thanks to the kind and very generous donation from Carole Geballe, we now have our
very own Bank Account. It is a two signature account, requiring the President and the
Treasurer both to sign.
We have a PayPal charity account! This is set up to handle whatever donations or other
moneys we receive, for memberships and such, so that we may receive payment through
the Web. PayPal can also handle credit card transactions.
Then we will set up an eBay account through their charity department with is called
Missionfish.
We are delighted with the response. This organization is going to have a chance to do
some good!
It is going to cost $250 to file for our 501(c)(3). The price has been lowered on that, from
$350.00, for filing electronically.
As it is now, because the Hawaii Horse Council is a Registered Hawaii Nonprofit
Corporation, any moneys you may donate are completely tax deductible.
Please help us get on our feet. This is YOUR organization and it can help you if you can
help it.
